    Liked our 1 night here. Unbeatable location to attractions like a medieval stone bridge, that was really close to the hotel. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were lovely and elegant. We ate at a brand-new restaurant for dinner.

    The beautiful studio offered very nice comfort, with meticulous attention to detail and a lovely view. Customer service was excellent-attentive staff were pretty good, arranged restaurant reservations effortlessly. Breakfast featured fresh, healthy dishes that provided a great start to each day. On the downside, some bathroom amenities left much to be desired, causing minor irritation, and there was occasional noise from the busy street due to the central location.

    The location is perfect with a view of Ponte Vecchio and the river. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, stylish decoration. Best of all was the helpful and friendly staff. They helped us find excellent restaurants and bars, suggested walks and arranged our transportation. They made our stay special. Thanks Guilia, Leonardo and everyone else on the staff!

    The bed was a bit on the hard side.

    The staff was attentive during the wedding ceremony, and my studio beautiful river view room was fine, with a perfect view of the ponte vecchio. The cute gifts.
